I’m all about wraps these days. Chicken salad wraps, mexican wraps, and now pork shoulder wraps! They’re so perfect for lunch because of their portability. Wraps actually inspired me to start a Joint Company of Paleo-friendly Concessions, called Bravo For Vive. We will be featuring chicken salad and BBQ pork wraps that are completely Paleo and really delicious. After making this recipe from The Paleo Mom’s cookbook, I had to figure out how to eat it. Paleo Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
I used to be big on hibachi! I dreamt about fried rice covered in soy sauce. Luckily, I found some replacements to my old ways. This recipe is one that brings the Asian flavors but is healthy and delicious. It’s a Paleo Chicken Stir Fry. 
What’s the problem with soy you ask? Well here’s the weird thing. When you consume soy, it actually mimics the hormone estrogen. Estrogen is what makes females feminine. So if you are a male, and you are consuming tons of soy products, your testosterone is being suppressed and your body is using all that soy as estrogen. Here’s a true story, when making the movie The Help (which is one of my top 3 favorite movies), the actress Jessica Chastain was asked to gain weight. In order to make her curvy and feminine, she consumed excessive amounts of soy! And it worked, she has such a curvy figure in the movie! Scared of soy now, boys?

Paleo Garlic Aioli and Kale Chips
There’s something about dipping and dunking food. Before I went Paleo, I was a huge fan of queso. I liked to go to Mexican restaurants just to order queso and chips (real healthy, right?)! Today I recreated a healthier recipe with that same dipping concept. Today I present to you, Kale Chips and Paleo Garlic Aioli.
