Herb Paleo Cauliflower Mash

I absolutely adore Paleo Cauliflower Mash. Without a doubt I could eat it every night with dinner. It’s lighter than mashed potatoes, and there is so much you can do with it! Today I’ll share with you my Herb Paleo Cauliflower Mash.

What’s so important about fresh herbs? Herbs aren’t just for flavor; they’re for health. Herbs were traditionally used as medicine for thousands of years because of their astonishing health benefits. I like to think that our best science is found in the history of our ancestors. If our ancestors have found herbs helpful for years, we should too.

And get this! Parsley has been found to prevent breast cancer. It contains high levels of apigenin, which was found to reduce development of tumors. It actually blocks the blood vessels that create tumors and make them multiply. This side dish could help prevent cancer. Pretty amazing, huh?

Not only do herbs give amazing flavor, but also they add flavor without calories or salt. They can enhance a simple meal very quickly, just like in this Herb Paleo Cauliflower Mash.

So you want more cancer-fighting parsley, try my Herb-Topped Steak. If you are planning on making one of these recipes, make the other as well to use all your herbs! It’s important that when you make your menu on the weekend, you should try to use ingredients more than once to make sure nothing is wasted. Now time to cook and EAT! Enjoy!
