Do you miss pizza? I’m not going to lie, I do! If you miss pizza, I now have 3 options: my cauliflower crust recipe, my grain-free tapioca crust, or now a Paleo Pizza Quiche Recipe. My favorite part about this recipe is that it’s completely Paleo without modifications. The “crust” is made from sweet potatoes; WOAH, right? They create a great texture and flavor that complement the quiche. Then top it with your favorite pizza toppings! I only used sautéed onions, but feel free to get creative here (olives, sausage, ham, bacon, pepperoni, pineapple, etc!) Lastly, add the sundried tomato, egg combo. [full recipe here]….
