This past week was finals for me, and now I’m in Disney World celebrating Christmas! Speaking of eating Paleo in Disney, one of my friends wrote a post on my blog about that topic. There’s a lot going on with Bravo For Paleo at this time. Make sure you check out my first eBook, The College Primal Challenge, coming LIVE to the blog on December 26th.
While I’m on vacation this week, here are 7 of the best Paleo Blogs. These are more informational sites than recipe sites.
1. Marks Daily Apple– this is the go to place for ANY question about the Paleo/Primal diet. He has great tips and excellent explanations about why we should eat this way. If you follow any blog (besides mine…) it should be his.
2. The Paleoista- she’s a tough cookie about rules, but her rules WORK! She’s a lean triathlete with a strict approach to the Paleo Diet.
3. Chris Kresser- He gives a personalized approach to Paleo. He’s one of the “big” guys in this movement. I really enjoy his writing style and think he makes some GREAT points.
4. Robb Wolf- he’s the writer of the Paleo Solution, one of my favorite books. His podcasts are my favorite, because I like to hear what he has to say about current topics in health and nutrition.
5. Live to 110– Wendy is great at explaining how to start living a healthy lifestyle, and how to live to 110! She is an amazing writer and a good friend of mine too. Her first book is about to come out.
6. Dietician Cassie– I must admit, I have “fan-girled” Cassie for quite some time now. I think her blog is extremely informational and she makes the science seem easy.
7. Stalkerville– this is the best place to go to find recipes! It’s the index of all Paleo/Primal/grain-free recipes. If you haven’t found this site you’re missing out.
I have no compensation from these blogs, these are blogs I visit almost daily! I find them extremely helpful.
