It’s that time of the week again; time for your weekly dose of motivation. This will be my last motivational post for some time, but don’t worry, I won’t stop bothering you to get off the couch and do something!
Every week, every day, every hour you are given a second chance to turn your life around. Say no to that pizza and cake, say no to the negativity in your life, say no to the voice in your head that constantly wants to procrastinate.
Procrastination can sometimes be caused by the overwhelming fear of beginning and failing. But if you never start, how will you ever get to your destination? Instead of looking at the amount of work you have, take it in smaller chunks! This week give up soda, next week give up candy, and work your way there step by step.
We all struggle with procrastination at some times. But the way I look at it, it’ll feel much better to just get everything under control and then relax! Letting it bug you in the back of your head is just so taxing on the mind. Take control of your body and mind, and just do it! Do everything you always talk about doing. No one’s stopping you but yourself. Don’t like it? Fix it.
