Tomorrow starts my first day of my sophomore year of college. Since I know the drill from last year, I have set goals of how I’d like this year to be different. As far as food goes, I’d like to stay strict with avoiding grains, legumes, sugar, and processed foods. I did this last year, but my planning wasn’t as efficient.
