Tomorrow starts my first day of my sophomore year of college. Since I know the drill from last year, I have set goals of how I’d like this year to be different. As far as food goes, I’d like to stay strict with avoiding grains, legumes, sugar, and processed foods. I did this last year, but my planning wasn’t as efficient. In order to do this more effectively and maximize my time, meal prepping is going to be crucial!

My favorite kinds of Caesar dressings are the light and flavorful ones. Many cream-based dressings are extremely fattening and usually not the best flavor. My favorite restaurant from my hometown has an amazing Caesar salad. After getting it to-go so many times, I decided to create my own, which is much cheaper.
