5 Paleo Thanksgiving Recipes

Today is my first Sharing Saturday. Instead of sharing something from my own kitchen, I’m going to share some from my favorite bloggers’ kitchens.

Thanksgiving is less than 15 days away, so I thought it’d be appropriate to share 5 Paleo Thanksgiving Recipes.

Paleo Thanksgiving Recipes

Roasted Turkey Breast

What is Thanksgiving without turkey? This recipe comes from one of my favorite Paleo food blogs, Zen Belly Blog. Her recipes are always spot on, because she is a chef in San Francisco. I always like what she has to say, you should follow her on Instagram.

Streuseled Sweet Potatoes

I really like the looks of this recipe. It would be a great addition on a Thanksgiving buffet. If I made it I’d omit the palm sugar, and reduce the maple syrup. Sweet Potatoes are sweet anyways!

Sauteed Acorn Squash with Paleo Cherry- Maple Cranberry Sauce

New obsession… acorn squash. If you haven’t tried it, you need to. This recipe looks aaamazing!

Green Beans

This is the way I make my green beans. Since they’ll be on my table for Thanksgiving, I thought they should be included!

Paleo Pumpkin Pie

I am personally not the biggest fan of pumpkin, but this recipe makes it look so good. Since its Thanksgiving, a holiday, I thought I’d share desserts as well. Feel free to lower the level of sweetness in these recipes by reducing the maple syrup/honey/sugar.

How to Study for Step 1

I must have googled “How to study for Step 1” hundreds of times during my second year of medical school. The test was daunting to me, and all I wanted was to do well enough to have a chance at a competitive specialty, like Dermatology. My goal was to get above a 250 on Step…
