It’s Monday again! So time for some motivation. Last week I talked about making the step. It’s all about making your decision to start. But make sure it’s not a half-ass decision because if it is it will never stick.
So today I bring up the subject of change. There’s a reason you’re here, there’s a reason you want and need change. When there’s something in your life that isn’t bringing you happiness or moving you forward remove it! This isn’t just with food, it’s with people, activities, etc. If it doesn’t bring you forward, get rid of it.
Unhealthy food isn’t bringing you forward. Maybe that once a month splurge at your favorite restaurant is, but continually eating terrible food isn’t bringing you anywhere. You are a SLAVE to it, and you may be addicted to it. And here you are saying, “I don’t know what you’re talking about, I don’t eat fast food everyday.” No but you eat that bowl of ice cream every night, or bread with dinner every night. There’s most likely something you’re addicted to that can be removed and is probably halting your progress.
