Chicken and Waffles Recipe

By Monica Bravo 2 Comments

Finally, a Chicken and Waffles recipe that combines the sweetness of a waffle with the juiciness of fried chicken. This Grain Free Chicken and Waffles Recipe is amazing! Perfect for a weekend morning breakfast.

For those of you who follow me on Instagram, you may have noticed I took a trip to San Francisco for Spring Break. I stayed with my friend Marilee of Kitchen Vixxen, and well, to sum it up, it was a magical week. Paleo Smoothie Bowl (Chocolate)

By Monica Bravo 3 Comments

Greens and blueberries for powerful antioxidants, banana for potassium, coconut water for potassium and hydration, lemon to aid in detox, and ginger for anti-inflammatory properties. These health benefits are pretty well known (But as you know I’m not a doctor (yet!), but this combo works for me). …
