One Pot Sausage and Cabbage Recipe

Here’s a meal that can be made in 30 minutes or less, uses only one pot, and covers the vegetables and meat for the night. It’s a One Pot Sausage and Cabbage Recipe.
This Sausage and Cabbage Recipe can be made in under 30 minutes and uses only one pot! How convenient.

When asking my readers what you need most, many of you answered “Meals that take 30 minutes or less”, and “One Pot Meals”. I agree these help make dinner soo much easier, and make eating healthy do-able. This recipe was really inspired by the sausage that has been sitting in my freezer for about a month now. I had gone to the Farmer’s Market to get fresh vegetables, but after taking a sample of the local smoked sausage, I had to buy myself a pack. It was too good to pass up.

But more importantly, I want to tell you about my first Webinar coming up this week, on Thursday April 7th at 8 PM Central.  I’ve always wanted to do more collaborations with bloggers, where I can share services or ideas with my readers that I personally don’t offer. In this case, I’ve paired with Alexa Schirm of Simple Roots Wellness, a detox expert, to tell you about detoxing. She’s going to be discussing:

5 great foods for detoxing

How and when to start a detox

The best foods for boosting energy

Weight loss and MORE.

There are limited spots, so sign up today. It’s free, and all you have to do is show up and listen. I think you will learn some health tips you’ve never heard before, and maybe you will consider beginning a detox plan.

Now here’s the recipe! To make your own riced cauliflower, simply chop a head of cauliflower into florets and place in a food processor. Pulse until it is the size of rice! One cauliflower should make 3-4 cups.
