Paleo Smoothie Bowl (Chocolate)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
  • ½ Tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup of ice
  • ½ cup water
  • Optional: 1 cup of ice
  • Toppings: sliced banana unsweetened coconut flakes, sliced almonds, and cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a Blendtec blender and use the smoothie cycle button. (About 30 seconds on a regular blender)
  • Add additional cup of ice and blend again for about 10-15 seconds. Pour into a bowl, and top with your favorite toppings.
