Optional: 1 cup of ice
Toppings: sliced banana
unsweetened coconut flakes, sliced almonds, and cinnamon
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a Blendtec blender and use the smoothie cycle button. (About 30 seconds on a regular blender)
Add additional cup of ice and blend again for about 10-15 seconds. Pour into a bowl, and top with your favorite toppings.
