Brussel Sprouts, Red Pepper and Cilantro
an easy side dish packed with flavor

- 1 lb of brussel sprouts halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ lemon juiced
- 2 pinches red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
Preheat the oven to 450F.
Place halved brussels in large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle on to brussel sprouts and toss with a spoon.
Pour brussels onto baking pan. Place in oven for 15-18 minutes, or until tender.
Remove and top with cilantro. Serve hot!
