Brussel Sprouts, Red Pepper and Cilantro

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb of brussel sprouts halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • 2 pinches red pepper flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450F.
  • Place halved brussels in large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle on to brussel sprouts and toss with a spoon.
  • Pour brussels onto baking pan. Place in oven for 15-18 minutes, or until tender.
  • Remove and top with cilantro. Serve hot!
